2. Educate
A personalized binder (My Dan Plan) containing the various resources available to you is created. The senior healthcare consultant will educate and explain the contents of your Dan Plan.
3. Act
Seniors and their family now have the knowledge needed to pursue the available support options presented by consultant from in home assessment.
4. Relax
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that whatever arises in the future "My Dan Plan" has an answer for it! A Dannual Update is also available to ensure your aware of any changes each year !
